This project included the fabrication and galvanizing of structural and architectural steel components to enhance building access, safety, and security.

Scope of work included bulkhead ladders, staircases for elevator machine room access, stair guardrails, custom end panels, and wall- and guardrail-mounted handrails connecting all floors.

We also fabricated HVAC dunnage and custom security gates featuring heavy-duty square tubing frames, mesh infill panels, security plates, panic hardware, and gloss black epoxy finishes. The gates were field measured and shop-drawn to ensure precise fit and long-term durability, providing secure access at ground and roof levels.
