6-Story New Construction Charter School

Fab-Tech Steel Group served as the Division 5 contractor on this six-story new school construction, delivering a comprehensive scope of structural and miscellaneous metals.

Work included structural steel, stairs, railings, guardrails, window guards, bulkhead access ladders, chain link fencing, and associated miscellaneous metals. A key feature of this project was a double-height gymnasium spanning the 5ht and 6th floors, which required large-span roof joists engineered to cover the full opening. The project also incorporated a full-depth 20-foot basement, for which Fab-Tech furnished and installed all structural steel associated with the support of excavation (SEO) work.
