5-Story New Construction Charter School

Fab-Tech Steel Group served as the Division 5 contactor on this five-story new school construction, providing a complete package of structural steel and miscellaneous metals.

The scope encompassed structural steel, stairs, railings, guardrails, window guards, bulkhead access ladders, chain link fencing, and associated miscellaneous metals. This project featured a double-height gymnasium spanning the 4th and 5th floors, requiring engineered large-span roof joists to accommodate the full opening. A full 20-foot basement was also part of the scope, with Fab-Tech furnishing and installing all structural steel for the support of excavation (SEO) work.
