3-Story New Construction Office Building

Fab-Tech Steel Group served as the Division 5 contractor on this three-story commercial office building, completing a full scope of structural and miscellaneous metals work.

The ground floor features 25-foot ceilings designed to accommodate a parking garage at the first level, with office space occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors. A standout element of this project is a custom floating staircase finished with stainless steel cable railings, connecting all three levels from the ground floor to the top floor — combining structural precision with an architectural design statement.
